With expertise in oil spill solutions, logistics, and operational planning, Tuan works to identify risks, develop tailored preparedness strategies, and provide expert guidance. Fluent in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, Tuan fosters meaningful connections, ensuring customers receive trusted support and practical solutions to strengthen their response readiness.

Tuan holds an MBA in Business Management from FGV (Fundação Getúlio Vargas), Brazil and a BSc (Hons) in Logistics Management from UNIDERP, Brazil. Beyond his work at OSRL, Tuan enjoys his free time, mostly enjoying music and playing the guitar.
