When you browse the web, you create a digital footprint, which includes information about your device and how you interact online. This privacy policy informs you how we will collect this information. We use it to provide the website to you and for other purposes that we believe benefit both you and us. We've created this policy to clarify this. When we refer to "we," we mean OSRL and our trusted partners, such as:
  • marketing and technology providers – website hosts, social media sites and partners, marketing tools
  • cybersecurity companies – filtering technologies to keep our site safe
  • social media partners – LinkedIn, Meta (including Facebook, Instagram and Messenger), X and YouTube.

When you fill out our online booking form, we ask for information so we can process the booking on your behalf or that of a colleague or corporate contact who makes the booking for you. When the latter occurs, we assume that they have your permission to make that booking.
When paying for training courses online, we keep a record of any financial transaction you make with us. However, we do not hold payment card data.
